And a big reason for that is this tour guide. A few years ago, I decided to take a solo trip to Puerto Rico and booked a tour to Rincón. I expected a nice sightseeing day what I didn’t expect was to gain a genuine friend. From the moment I was picked up, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. Traveling alone at my age can sometimes feel intimidating, but not for a second on this tour. The drive along the west coast was incredible. Beautiful beaches, local food spots, hidden gems, sunsets that looked painted across the sky, but what made the experience unforgettable was the conversation, the stories, the laughter, and the feeling that I wasn’t just another customer.
