1.00We purchased the tour as an excursion with our family. The driver took us on a “scenic route” and his car stalled everytime he took his foot off the gas pedal. After 20 minutes on the road to our first stop, we were winding up a steep hill when it was determined his car wouldn’t make it up the hill and we would have to go a different way. We asked to be taken back to our final drop off point and not continue the tour. I am still waiting for my refund from Viator for an unsafe experience in a foreign country.

3.00They did not pick us up at the port exit. We had to walk several blocks behind this woman that was dirty and smelly in the blazing heat. The driver was nice but not informative and was on his cell phone too much. Could have been alot better.

5.00I'm not sure if this is where I write this! But me and my family went this past week to see the sloths, monkeys, birds, guinea pigs, etc; our driver was Kacey. He was extremely nice, well mannered, offered so much advice and even places to eat, told us about the land and how life is living here. Even as far as what buildings were which and how they worked. He was on time every time, never left us out of detail, told us when he'd be back, and offered to take us anywhere we wanted to go on the whole island. He was very lovely to ride with and hold conversations with. If we ever go back I'll be sure to see if he can be our private driver again!

5.00Awesome time with this group. Personalized drive around the island with one on one guide to see non-touristy things as well. Visit to the sloths was at at animal rescue sanctuary - many other animals, too -great cause!
