They never showed up for my 8am tour. After 45 minutes I had to reach out to Viator who also could not reach anyone from the company. They told me keep watching my email for an update. About an hour later they tried to reschedule for the next day

We were laughed at and told by those that did not want to go because this would be a no more than 10mph kid friendly dune buggy tour. Well they were wrong, once the guide laughed and said yeah you're gonna get muddy, we knew it would be awesome. After the first mud puddle i was soaked and full of mud. For the next hour we raced around through puddles, up and down hills, and around tight corners. The guide even stopped and through a little history lesson in. This was a great time, and worth the money

This was one of our favorite adventures of our entire trip. Started out amazing with a hell of a tour guide “Tom Tom” he was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end we were so blessed to have him. First stop at the animal place was an amazing experience and exactly what we were hoping for. Atv buggy’s with running group #3 was the best we ALL had a blast everyone subtle one of us in our party (do not wear clothes you do not want dirty) we ended our day with the beach with the clearest water we had yet to see. This was definitely a 10/10, and that experience wouldn’t have been made without Tom Tom, a good guide really can make it or break it and we didn’t go wrong with our guy.

We enjoyed the entire experience. Our tour guide Hummer, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and proud of his heritage. We took the "buggy" ride which where I'm from we call them go carts. The are actually Polaris Hammerhead machines. I would say it's probably time to refresh the fleet with new ones however, the crew including "Chicken Legs" were quick with a repair or replacement. Don't wear clothes you don't want muddy. The entire ride is filled with mud holes and FUN! The highlight is definitely interaction with all the wildlife! Spend the money and enjoy the memories...

Our experience with this company was a complete disaster. They never showed up to pick us up for our tour, and when I called to check, the lady on the phone lied and said the driver was 15-20 minutes away. Over an hour later, they called back to say they had canceled our tour because they were overbooked! We woke up early and wasted hours waiting, only to be lied to and left with no plans for the day. Completely unprofessional—do not trust this company.

Our family of four visited Mayan Eden, did the ATV (buggy) tour, and the private beach. Our driver, Kelvin, was absolutely phenomenal. We really liked the Mayan Eden experience with all the animals however they push you through so you only get to experience each animal for a minute or two before they push you to the next exhibit because they have to get all the cruise ship passengers through. Same experience with the ATV’s they push you through so fast because more cruise ship passengers are coming. We only got to do 2ish laps, probably 15 minutes of time in the buggy. No education was offered as to how to drive these buggy’s. We have done many ATV/side by side/buggy tours and this was by far the worst experience we have had. It’s not a sight seeing tour. It is a mud pit that you drive in circles and get muddy. Now, I am for a little mud, dirt, water on my tour but i also don't want to drive in circles. Also, the Buggy’s are not in good working condition. The seats slide around. My buggy wouldn’t turn left so the staff would have to come lift my buggy and turn it. Additionally, the buggy kept dying. The best part of the day was the private beach. Not rushed at all. There was a pool in addition to the beach and food was available for purchase. If it wasn’t for the beach and our amazing tour guide this would’ve been rated a 2 star.

Awesome day! We had Jay as our guide and he made our day. First stop was Mayan Eden. Got to see all the animals and interact with monkeys, different birds and sloth. Second stop was our ATV ride. It had been raining the last 2 weeks. It was muddy and we had a blast. They offer a place to shower and change if needed. Last stop was a private beach club. You have to buy your own but prices were reasonable and service was great. We lucked out and had the pool and beach to ourselves.
