Our host Nina was fantastic. She knew what she was selling and very knowledgeable. She was a Very confident and happy individual. Would highly recommend doing this tour. We got to taste a platter of different cheeses, truffle and pesto and olive oil. All very different. She then took us to a restaurant where we learnt to make pasta, ravioli and tiramisu. Everyone on this tour were very friendly and we got to meet people from Texas and other parts of the US. Would highly recommend.
