Oh man! My wife & I spent almost 2 weeks traveling Italy & Spain. I asked her at the end what her favorite part of the whole trip was and we both agreed it was THIS class! Part of that is we had a fantastic table of other guests to interact with, but mainly it's because our teacher was unbelievable. She was knowledgeable, helpful, willing to engage and be playfully funny. It was such a great evening and if I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!

First time doing a cooking class and what a FUN experience!! We had the best night! (Even with a husband who does not cook!) He would even recommend and do this again. The restaurant was prepared, Mattia our “guide” for the evening was so fun, and I couldn’t believe how great the fettuccine/ravioli/tiramisu was that we made! The chef in the kitchen did the sauce and it was a wonderful meal and time with new friends. Highly recommend! - Would recommend to charge a little more and have a “giveaway apron” to take home with us. Would have been a nice souvenir.

We had the best time with our family of 6. Myself and my 10, 8, and 5 year old did the class while my husband and infant watched us do the work (and husband sipped on thr wine!) the kids loved it and it was a highlight from our trip. We can wait to go home and try our new skills. We were full, food was great, plenty of wine and they even made special juices for the kids. We all loved it.
