What a fantastic cooking class! Carlos was incredibly welcoming, funny and passionate about Italian cuisine. The atmosphere was warm and joyful — we laughed the whole time while making delicious ravioli, fettuccine and tiramisu. 🍝🍷 The perfect mix of learning, eating and having fun! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome. Grazie mille Carlos!

Carlo was great! The class was generally fun, though not a lot of cooking. If you’re looking for a “light” cooking experience, this class is lovely, in large part due to Carlo’s energy. If you’re wanting to actually cook/make most of the food items, I’d honestly look at a different option. Here is a breakdown of the cooking you do: 1. Group mix (maybe 10-15 seconds) of the tiramisu cream 2. Tiramisu assembly 3. Making and stretching/rolling of the pasta dough That said, this was still a super fun class. We had some rowdier members that made it less so, but that’s not anything the tour or Carlo can control. All in all, super fun and I can’t wait to try and make more pasta in the future.
