Absolutely fantastic! We ended up getting an add in of taste testing at a separate restaurant, which was also fantastic. Then we headed to a different restaurant to cook at. Had a wonderful time with a great group of people from various other countries. The instructors were wonderful and the experience just great fun. Ten out ten. A favorite activity on our family trip to Rome.

You have to take this class!! My wife and I attended the lunch class. What a wonderful experience, we are Canadian, we met 2 wonderful sisters from Australia, a lovely couple from France and another lone participant also from France. The instructor was fabulous , she was able to work individually with each us if anyone ran into trouble. Who would have thought making the Tiramisu could be so easy. Making homemade pasta (fettuccine and ravioli) from scratch was so straight forward and fun! When we finished making everything, our pasta was cooked and served to us at a table where we enjoyed our own food and exchanged how our cultures where different amd similar. We were provided with several wine options as well and time passed so quickly with the group.

The lady who offered the class gives great guidance in a way that is easy to explain. She also offers alternative options for in case you don't have a certain ingredient when making the pasta and tiramisu at home. It's a really fun experience.

This is a very nice beginning cooking class with fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu. Everything was on time, and our Chef (Fiore) was very patient and kind. She went through the pasta making steps at good pace. The kids were easily able to make it, and when they needed help she helped. We hoped that we’d make the sauce as well though that wasn’t the plan. They did share the sauce recipe with us so that was much appreciated. Would recommend the class.
