What To Expect

Welcome: Guests are warmly welcomed by our talented local chef at our cozy venue, creating the perfect atmosphere for a genuine Italian cooking experience. Pasta Making: The experience begins with a detailed pasta-making demonstration, where guests learn to make dough from scratch and discover the secrets of rolling it to perfection. Ravioli Crafting: Participants are guided through the process of making delicious ravioli, including preparing the filling, and learning the art of shaping and folding. Tiramisu Preparation: Guests are shown how to make the classic tiramisu dessert, mastering the specific layering technique required for a delicious result. Interactive Experience: With the chef’s guidance, guests have the chance to practice making their own ravioli and tiramisu, improving their culinary skills. Tasting Experience: At the end of the class, guests enjoy a tasting session, relishing the dishes they’ve prepared.

Ian, Marco, and Rafa were all lovely, funny, and incredibly enjoyable to have taken a class with! Taking this cooking class was a great way to beat the heat during a Roman summer, and I definitely believe it is was worth the cost and time. The location is within walking distance to several beautiful ruins that don’t have huge lines. All the food we made and wine we had was absolutely delicious!

A wonderful experience. Alessandro and David were magnificent teachers, the cooking itself was delightful, the kitchen was beautiful, and the food was a highlight of my trip to Italy. Do yourself a favor and book immediately.

This was the most amazing experience! Alejandro and David made everything easy. The class space is beautiful and air conditioned. And the food… omg. One of the best meals I had in Roma, and I made it!

I had the best time! Alessandro was the best lead chef. The wine was self serve so you could drink as little or as much as you want. Plus you go home with a recipe book!
