5.00Our tour guide, Alex, went over and above what we expected. Our luggage was lost on our flight over and happened to be found when we were on our tour. So Alex took escorted me personally by train to the airport and helped me retrieve it and took me all the way to the cruise ship stopping to pick up my daughters on the way. I honestly do not know what I would have done without his help. There are not enough stars to express my gratitude to him.

5.00We had an amazing tour with Aleksandar truly one of the best guides we’ve ever had! His deep knowledge of the history of South Holland brought everything to life, and he made every stop along the way so engaging and memorable. What really set Aleksandar apart, though, was how far he went above and beyond for us. Due to some unexpected hiccups in our travel plans, we had a stressful situation involving our luggage and a tight timeline to get back to our cruise. Aleksandar stepped in without hesitation he personally took us to the airport to retrieve our bags and made sure we got back in time. He was not only professional and incredibly helpful, but also genuinely kind, patient, and thoughtful. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much we are so grateful and will absolutely be booking with him again. Highly recommend!
