Cape Vani, the abandoned manganese and iron mine.The old mine used in the 19th century is a huge and deep opening at the edge of the cape, by the sea, surrounded by rocks vertically cut, with horizontal layers in black and ruby red color. Our crew will tell you the story of this historical landmark as you take photos of this breathtaking landscape. Kalogries Beach
Kalogries is an inaccessible bay on the West side of Milos with crystal-clear turquoise waters, and two small beaches on the north and east side of the bay. It is considered one of Milos finest. Our stay here will last 30-minutes enough time to dive of the boat, swim and snorkel and have some snacks and drinks.

The views were breathtaking, the boat was comfortable, and the swimming and snorkeling spots were absolutely beautiful. A special thank you to the crew members, Thomas and Nikos, who were professional, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire trip. They shared interesting information about the island, ensured everyone was safe and comfortable, and created a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The food and drinks provided were also excellent. We highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Milos – it was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation!

Learned so much about the history of beautiful Milos all while having a great time. the food was amazing and our dietary restrictions and allergies (gluten free, vegetarian) were taken care of. 5.0010/10, could not recommend Polco Sailing more! Thomas and Nikos were brilliant captains, great positive energy and kindness. Communication was clear and simple with a weather report the day before we headed out, historical facts during our journey, breathtaking swimming spots. Perfect amount of people, not crowded at all. And the food! Breakfast was cake, fruit with yogurt or nutella, spinach and feta pie. We then had pre-lunch, mezze plates of assorted seafood, sausage. And lunch was stuffed tomatoes greek salad tzaziki moussaka. Everything was incredible!
