5.00The trip price was excellent. It took time to find the driver at the airport due to the busy crowd. However, after messaging, he sent the photo of where he was and also did a video call. The ride to the hotel was smooth. On return from hotel to airport, the driver was not allowed into the hotel due to a prior issue with another driver of the company. However, the driver, Carlos Jose Ramirez, provided all the information of the vehicle and ID and the hotel manager let him in. This was for the safety of the guest. Unlike the driver who picked us up at the airport who could not understand English, Carlos is an excellent driver and speaks English very fluently. I recommend this company and him for the transfer.
