What To Expect
Lapland
I will pick you up from your accommodation / pick up point selected by you. Once all the participants join the tour, I will explain Aurora Borealis (what it is and how it is formed), how to read solar wind data, and finally, where we will head to. I will bring you to the best spot(s) to view Aurora Borealis. The duration of the ride may vary from 30 mins to 4 hours, depending on the requirements on the very night. * I may stop the car time to time to check the conditions. As soon as I find a perfect spot for Aurora Borealis watching / Aurora Borealis is visible, I will stop the car. As I set up the camera, the photography session will begin. * If necessary we will need to change the Aurora Borealis watching spot once or multiple times during the tour. As the tour finishes, I will drive back to Rovaniemi and drop you off at your accommodation / drop off point selected by you. On the next day you will receive a link to the photos and videos in the highest quality.

His great knowledge and dedication stand out, as he does everything possible to find the best auroras according to the forecast, and he doesn’t stop until he finds them. In addition, his involvement in photos and videos is outstanding, making you feel comfortable and helping you capture incredible memories. During the excursion, he was also very attentive, offering us hot drinks and cookies. Highly recommended.

5.00I had such a great experience on this aurora hunting tour. From the beginning, communication was super easy — the guide was very responsive, quick, and gave really detailed information, which honestly made me choose this tour over others. He was also very punctual, which I very much appreciate. The trip itself was everything I’d been hoping for — seeing the aurora felt like a dream come true. The photos turned out amazing, and the warm drinks and snacks were such a nice, thoughtful touch. You can really tell he puts in a lot of effort and cares about the experience. Would definitely recommend!

5.00.........Robaniemi was so cloudy that I went to Sweden that I could see a blurred Aurora even if I didn't honestly see it...and I was upset that I could really see legendary Aurora... I had a lot to learn from the passion of my friends and Kuns. It was true that the tour was boring, and I never regretted it, and I wanted to share it with friends around me. I want to come with my parents. I'll be back!!!!

5.00The Aurora Tour was a wonderful experience! Kun was very kind and truly professional! He found the perfect place to see the aurora even though it was very cloudy. He is a very skilled photographer and he took many pictures and videos of us! I really enjoyed his tour so I even joined a second time! If I went to Rovaniemi again someday I would definitely go with this tour again! I highly recommend this aurora tour :)

5.00Kun was such a patient, dedicated and attentive guide, always making sure everything went smoothly. He really went the extra mile to help us see a beautiful Northern Lights display, driving all the way to the Swedish border. We ended up witnessing an incredible show, and he took amazing photos for us too. You can immediately tell that he loves his job and does it with passion and care.
