  Only the 4 of us on the tour. The guide Alexis was friendly, attentative and knowledgeable. He assisted us with the gear (snowshoes) and also offered additional warm clothing and took as on a easy and challenging route through the forest to a view point and treated us with a traditional baberque afterwards. The tour and company is highly recommended as they are professional from booking stage till the end. They offer a pick up and drop off service directly from your accomodation

  Awesome experience with a great tour guide! Pick up was prompt and the forest we went to was so peaceful and beautiful. We were the only people there! The vista outlook was amazing. The only thing I will say is the hike says easy but our group thought moderate was more appropriate. You have to trek uphill in the snow for at least a mile so be prepared but you will be rewarded with gorgeous views and a fun time!

  It was a very beautiful and unforgettable walk in nature – simply perfect for relaxing. Our guide was Nikita, a great person. He supported us wherever he could and was always helpful. He took good care of us, and hiking with him was truly enjoyable. He was able to tell us a lot about the landscape and the frozen waterfalls. What stood out to me the most was that, from the very beginning, he said: ‘We are a team now. Everyone should look out for each other and be considerate.’ He kept moving to the front and back, talking to each of us. It was a really wonderful experience, and for that, I sincerely thank Nikita!

  We had such a wonderful time. We had a unique experience in a fantastic space. Walter knows a lot about nature and made everyone on the tour feel at ease. He was very good at taking photos. The hot cocoa and hotdog was amazing.

  We love it... The overall really keeps us warm while we walked through the nature trail... It is not difficult walk and we had a great time and experience. The BBQ hotdogs and hot choco are a good wrapping of this walk. Zak is so sweet, patient and helpful, pulling some of us to get out of the deep snow. We had lots of fun and laughters... Thanks Zak for making it memorable.

  Quite disappointed with this activity, because indeed my boyfriend made snowshoes without snowshoes .. I found it a little borderline that the guide Alberto did not check everyone’s equipment at the agency, which therefore generated at the exit of the van, an unpleasant surprise. Indeed my boyfriend's moonboots did not fit into the snowshoes... for the price it is a bit disappointing even if the guide made the effort not to put snowshoes for my friend. Nevertheless I want to put 3/5 because the landscapes are incredible, a real hike in the forest with viewpoint and snack during the activity. Despite the black spot of the snowshoes, thank you to Alberto for dropping us off on the way to Santa Claus village and adapting.

  We had a fantastic tour with Mariangerita from Artic GM. Our snowshoe hike was a lot of fun, we could really enjoy nature at its best. The scenery is really breathtaking. Mariangerita was very friendly and kind, and we even had time to take pictures along the way. If you love nature and want a first hand experience, this is a great tour to take.

  Very pleasant experience. They picked us up at the hotel and then did us the favor of dropping us off at Santa Claus Village to continue our day. They offer you helmet, waterproof jumpsuit very warm even gloves and boots if you need it. They explain the operation of the activity and the bike perfectly to make it safe and after the hour of adventure they offer you hot chocolate and a barbecue hot dog. That moment of tranquility is appreciated, then you are brought where you need. Very friendly all the staff and great experience.
