Kigali
Your cycling journey starts with a warm welcome and a safety briefing before hitting the road. Depending on your chosen route, you’ll cycle through a mix of Kigali neighborhoods, peaceful rural villages, scenic lake shores, banana plantations, tea farms, and gently rolling hills. Along the way, you’ll stop to interact with local communities, learn about daily life, and enjoy fresh seasonal fruits or a local snack. On longer tours, you'll relax at the lake, visit historical or cultural sites, and even spend the night at a peaceful guesthouse with beautiful views. You’ll be accompanied by a friendly local guide who will share stories, keep the pace comfortable, and make sure everything runs smoothly. A support vehicle is always nearby for longer rides, so you can enjoy the journey without pressure. No matter which itinerary you choose — 1 day or 7 — you’ll leave with fresh legs, full memories, and a real connection to the Rwanda most visitors never get to see.

After finishing our Gorilla trekking, exploring Akagera, and doing a full seven days in Rwanda, this afternoon in Kigali felt like the best kind of bonus. My wife and I joined a mountain bike ride with Seth , and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. Riding through the city streets and down the long slopes of Kigali was both exciting and a little thrilling at times, but we always felt safe with Seth guiding us. He has a way of making you enjoy the ride while also giving you a real feel of the city and its energy. We learned a lot about Rwanda’s history. The Belgian It was the perfect way to end our trip. We really enjoyed every part of it and would recommend it to anyone looking to experience Kigali in a fun and authentic way.
