5.00Absolutely amazing! The crew headed by Adrien was fantastic and made all the guests feel @home as he switched from English and Spanish seamlessly. The boat ride was awesome, cool history, chill atmosphere and everyone was friendly. The included snack was tasty and drinks were cold as the day was beautiful, water amazing and we truly enjoyed our time on the boat. Check-in was easy and make sure to visit the viewing tower that gives you a 180" view of the beautiful landscape and lagoon.

It was an incredibly amazing experience; they made me feel very safe at all times, and above all, I loved the way they narrate and explain every detail about the beautiful lagoon of Bacalar.
