As you stroll down the charming streets, the air fills with the rich, warm aroma of fermenting rice.. Masa was a kind, patient, and affable tour guide who introduced us to some wonderful sake breweries and local favorite restaurants. Highly recommended if you have any interest in how sake is made or want to try a few with a knowledgeable guide and translator (especially the unique Hiroshima brews with their special soft mountain water).

We really enjoyed our sake tour with our guide Sanae. The museum was interesting, lunch was great and the tasting at the end was both interesting and great fun. But the highlight of the tour was Sanae, who was a wonderful, gracious and entertaining guide.

This tour was led by Masa, a qualified sake sommelier. He took us to a number of breweries where we could see the equipment used in the intricate brewing process and taste samples of different types of sake. The tour included a delicious lunch with more sake! We also stopped at a specialist coffee shop. We learnt a lot and ate and drank too much!

I was able to have an experience that could only be tasted locally, such as various liquors and sake hot pots, and the guide was also very fun, so I was very satisfied with the cost performance.

We had so much fun on this tour! We went to several sake breweries and got to sample and learn a ton that we would never have been able to on our own. The lunch portion was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Ryan was an excellent guide - both knowledgeable and humorous. As no other persons were registered, the four of us had a "private" tour Each of the breweries we visited had different products an Ryan began to know what each of us liked and disliked - thus tailoring the tour for us.
