  For 18 €, you get on a boat do 500 m in one direction and 500 m in the other with the pilot who makes the pitre to compensate for the nullity of the ride. Keep your money and make the same trip along the river, much nicer 🤩

  Fun boat ride to see Salzburg from the water. Captain was entertaining and when the recorded scenery description wasn’t playing, he explained the workings of the river itself.

  Appalling!! I travel with my mum on a wheelchair and the guy at the ticketing counter couldn’t tell us if the cruise was possible in a wheelchair!! Unbelievable… please carry out proper training of the staff on duty, it is unacceptable that this happens in 2025.

  A reasonably entertaining time, some nice views but it was warm in the boat and didn't lend itself to picture taking in general. Fun fact, Sundays may have issues with low water levels from reduced hydroelectric generation. The captain did pull a fun ending with a Mozart waltz while spinning the boat thru multiple 360 turns.

  Hello, everybody. The crew is very friendly. However, on a warm sunny day and the amount of people, you sit in the boat like in an aquarium. It's uncomfortably hot. Penetrative smells of the perfume of fully shrouded ladies then caused the mood to shift. The explanations of the old town above the speakers were extremely quiet . We were happy to get back out of the boat. For us unfortunately only 1 point out of 5 with a lot of room for improvement

  Lovely boat ride. Not a lot to see really but still enjoyable. The skipper was really good and did a few twirls at the end on some classical music. Good value for money.

  Interesting to see Salzburg from the river. The young, sympathetic captain has provided casual information in three languages. Although we had ordered the tickets online by mistake for a day later, they tried very hard to take us to the desired date anyway, which was also successful. This is not a given at all and we were very pleased!

  Don't book through viator, they couldn't find our reservation. There is nothing special about it, but if you are lazy and dont wanna walk up the river street go for it.
