Discover Santiago, the vibrant capital of Chile, on a captivating city tour that blends history, culture, and stunning scenery. Begin your experience with a panoramic ride on the San Cristóbal Hill cable car, offering breathtaking views of the Andes Mountains and the city below.
(On Mondays, when the cable car is closed for maintenance, we’ll replace this with a relaxing stop for a specialty coffee or artisanal ice cream at a local café.)
Stroll through iconic neighborhoods like Barrio Lastarria and Bellavista, full of charming architecture, vibrant street art, and lively local culture. Visit important landmarks such as La Moneda Palace, the seat of Chile’s government, and the Metropolitan Cathedral, a beautiful example of colonial architecture.
Throughout the tour, you’ll gain insight into Santiago’s past and present, while experiencing how locals — the santiaguinos — live and breathe this fascinating city every day.

Cerro San Cristobal
Travelers visiting Cerro San Cristóbal can experience a combination of natural beauty, history and reflection. Reach the summit by taking a funicular or cable car to the top and be rewarded with expansive vistas of the city skyline and the majestic views of the Andes mountain range. At the summit, you will find a towering statue of the Virgin Mary, known as the Virgen del Cerro San Cristóbal. This iconic monument serves as a symbol of protection for the city (except on Mondays) Visitors can explore the area around the statue and appreciate its religious and cultural significance. Please be aware that this activity is not available on Monday because both cable-car and gondola lift is under maintenance. Instead, you can ride the shuttle bus to the top or enjoy an ice-cream or coffee.
Bellavista
The neighborhood is adorned with colorful street art, murals, and graffiti, making it a paradise for art lovers and photographers. Every corner you turn offers a new piece of urban artwork to admire.

Our guide Franco was fantastic. Would recommend this tour. The cable car to San Cristobal was our highlight. The visit to plaza de armas was great and loved the church visit. The Palace was under repair so we didn't see that. No real happy with the driver. Crazy.

Exploring Santiago with a guide is the way to go! We took in beautiful views overlooking Santiago, a historical park, Plaza de Armas, downtown markets and had lunch at a fish market. Afterwards we were presented with an option to go take the cable car or go to another lovely mark to see local swans. Our driver, Nicolás is an expert on the roads and our guide, Andrés Alfaro was very knowledgeable on Chilean (and surrounding countries) history and fluent in English.

We had a truly wonderful time with our tour guide Catalina and driver Catarina(?). They took what we wanted into consideration and showed us a great time around the city. Catalina is incredibly knowledgeable about Chilean history and about Santiago itself. If we were staying longer we would absolutely book another tour with them!

This is a great way to see Santiago our Guide Franco was super knowledgeable and fun! It was perfect because you get to walk the city center with the Cathedral and other sites as well as drive to take the funicular and see the city from the lookout!
