An amazing musical experience, overpaid for where we were seated. And directions were not clear, But the performances were excellent..

The overall experience of attending the concert at Schömbrunn Palace was mediocre. The concert is incredibly overpriced. The staff was incredibly rude at every turn and communication was poor across the board. The performers themselves were incredibly talented, and I am sure it was not their fault that the concert started late and ended early. This concert is alright if you are looking to kill time while at Schönbrunn Palace, but the overall experience is worse than other concerts in Vienna, such as the one at Mozarthaus. I'd recommend saving your time and money and attending a concert elsewhere.

We got a taxi to the venue but then on walking to find a pre concert restaurant noticed that there was plenty of public transport.

We went to the classical concert with soprano and was very impressed, 2 halves consisted of firstly 45 mins of Mozart then a 20 mins pause then 45 mins of Strauss. We travelled using the Metro to Schonbrunn and the Orangerie was straight in front of the station. Only thing that wasnt clear was on our booking it tells you what your ticket gives you access for with a tick or a cross and we thought we had 2 free drinks,a souvenir programme & free cloakroom, this needs to be clearer in future .Definately would recommend this event

Just great fun and very enjoyable - I have never been to a classical concert before and cannot class myself as a fan but this experience has changed that. An amazing evening which has given me an appreciation for both the music and the musicians performing it. Absolutely lovely surroundings and the atmosphere here is wonderful. Some very moving and enjoyable pieces performed and I was not expecting the conductor to get the audience involved at the end either which was great fun. Even if you know nothing about the music and are just curious go to this you will enjoy it. My wife and I loved every moment of it and walked away very happy at the end. Some very talented individuals performing here.

Nice concert. Annoying divorce with VIPs. Lots of latecomers. After the concert messy outflow to Wardrobe.

Beautiful experience. Get close to the schedule as they do not open earlier and in winter it can be very cold. I recommend eating before as there are not many open options nearby.

An unforgettable concert in the beautiful atmosphere of the orangery. Musician, soloist, soprano and baritone were all excellent. With his good mood and unique humour, the conductor involved the audience, which is what makes the concert so special and unforgettable at Christmas!

First the good stuff - we got A class seats and it was near the front. Musicians are fantastic and they love what they do. Strauss and Mozart was amazing . Now the bad - the venue is mediocre and bland . The sound quality was not good - needs to be crisp and sharp especially violins. The interior was extremely hot . 30F outside but the inside was like 80F . I know it’s a European thing but it was uncomfortable. Only one exit and the lines to get your jackets at the end of the performance was extremely long .
