Siri was a very smart and funny guide and gave us an amazing experience in the palace and gardens. Downside was that i didnt get an email with the meeting point. There was ni info about that anywhere so that was kinda annoying trying to find the guide.

There’s nothing redeeming about this show. It is simply a tourist trap to scam visitors. We had reasonably nice seats but the sound system lags any average home theater or any church in town. The repertoire doesn’t include favorites from the composers - almost like a school recital where the music teacher is self-indulging at the expense of the parents. The performers are at best mediocre. One of the few live performances we felt obliged to leave in the midst of. Your money is better spent pretty much anywhere else.

We left mid concert, that bad. The sound is bad, the performance is super underwhelming. It felt like we were watching a high school show. Not worth the money.

We were in the Orangerie. There was a coat check and small bar available. The employees were very nice. The music was very good, conductor/first chair was personable and engaging, and both soloists were very good. There are some rather harsh reviews on here but I feel maybe those people were expecting this experience to be something it never claimed to be. It is, of course, not the same as going to the opera house for a performance; however for a small taste of Mozart and Strauss it was lovely. I read another review complaining of “plastic chandeliers,” which is simply untrue, as well as people not dressing up, which can be the case sometimes I imagine. At our performance, most people were in business or smart casual attire which felt appropriate; again, this is not the Opera House. I felt it was more than worth the cost, the program was quite professional, and I was happy with the experience. If you are looking for a grand evening out at the opera, this definitely isn’t it. If you are looking for a taste of classical in an intimate performance of high quality small ensemble music, this may be for you.

The venue was small and intimate. The vocal soloists and instrumentalists were superb! You cannot top hearing Strauss’ Blue Danube waltz played in a Palace, in Vienna.

A lamentable experience at the Vienna Opera. The staff showed incomprehensible coldness and contempt. What a disappointment for a place that is supposed to embody elegance and culture! A rigid, haughty organization, totally disconnected from the respect of spectators. First and last time.

While the quartet and opera singers were excellent, the venue was not as expected. The concert did not occur in the palace as advertised. It was in an outer building that was very difficult to find. The directions provided by the vendor were not helpful. Also, the concert was in a small narrow room. It was not worth buying an upgraded ticket for such a tiny venue as all of the seats had the same view and sound.

The classical music concert was great, and so were the opera singers. The settings was a small intimate space inside the Schönbrunn Palace. It would have been nicer if the event was staged in the Orangerie, as seen in the pictures. However the tour operator did warn that the event is subject to relocation.

The sound quality was poor and we were in the middle of the hall, in not so cheap seats. It would have been a 5 star if that was fixed. The hall and the lights add to the experience. The repertoire was lovely. Unless you hate opera cause there's quite a bit of that. If you want a better experience pay for the seats right up front, suspect the sound would be better.

We were a little disappointed. No large orchestra in the orangery but 6 musicians in the gold/white “hall” and some pieces with 2 opera singers. It was fun to experience but we had different expectations.
