5.00Had a great time! The crew was awesome Gigi was hilarious and kept us laughing all day. Had alot of knowledge while snorkeling. We saw so much wildlife and the turtles were awesome. Definitely recommend the rum punch yummy and they had virgin for kids!

5.00We loved it! Even our littles had a great time! Jen, Junie and Gigi were amazing. They made sure we saw what we came for and made sure we had so much fun! The rum punch was made with love & we will book again!

2.00This snorkel trip was marketed to us thru the cruise line as a shipwreck and Turtle Cove snorkel for 90 minutes. It was not cheap. Captain Ashley attempted to take us to the shipwreck first but there were already two vessels there. She could not find a mooring ball to tie up to a we went to Turtle Cove. We only got 25 minutes there before she blew the horn for everyone to get back on board. She then attempted to return to the shipwreck site but the other vessels were still there. She made no attempt to give us a second snorkel site so we only got 25 minutes of snorkel time compared to the 90 minutes we were supposed to get. She also discouraged people from using fins because they didn’t have nearly enough for everyone. I complained to the cruise line that this tour was not as advertised. The captain responded that it was a safety issue as to why we didn’t get a second snorkel stop. Not true. Luckily, the cruise line contacted other guests who confirmed that what the captain claimed was not what happened. Very unfortunate because the turtles we did see were amazing and this could have been a great trip. I just did not appreciate how the captain handled the situation.

5.00We went snorkeling at Turtle Cove for an hour then to a private beach for another hour. Professional staff and great direction was given by all. Would definitely recommend this excursion!

5.00A truly unique lifetime experience! Captain DJ and Kas made this trip incredibly special for our whole group. They helped us see amazing sea creatures while making sure everything was very safe and well organized. I personally don’t know how to swim and felt uncomfortable at first about going into the water. However, they prepared everything for me and made the experience so friendly and comfortable. One of the instructors stayed beside me the entire time, which allowed me to fully enjoy the trip without fear. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful experience for people coming from all over the world!

5.00As part of our annual Mother/Daughter cruise, we decided to book this excursion through Royal Caribbean. Absolutely one of the highlights of our trip! The crew was amazing. They were personable, funny, and made the ride to Christmas Cove very enjoyable. They did a great job explaining safety precautions and made sure we had a great time. The views were stunning. The water was pristine, which made it so easy to see sea urchins, turtles, and nurse sharks. I greatly appreciated the vest that Chukka provided, which made it easy to stay afloat. I could have gone on for several more hours, but sadly, it was time to go. It takes a bit of a boat ride to get to the cove, so I understand that time is limited. If I had to pick on anything , it would be that the time actually spent snorkeling is not enough (a little over an hour).
