From the very beginning, I will help you with the reservation of my experience. I will welcome you at Bosco de' Medici Winery and we will start together with the tour of the property, after jumping on our golf cart. We will visit an experimental vineyard located inside our property, I will explain you our history and the winemaking tradition in this area, starting with the Greeks. We will go visiting a Necropoli from 79 AD, part of the ruins of Pompeii. Then we will come back in the wine cellar, equipped with stainless silos, wooden barrels and terracotta amphorae. The tour will end up with the lunch and wine tasting. So you will taste our food and the wines that we produce here. Picturesque winery, wonderful rooms, courtyard for afternoon drinks, also a swimming pool, though it was too cold for us! There was horse stables that offered riding lessons, and a working farm where most of the fresh produce came from! The staff is the best! We were welcomed and made to feel right at home. Franz helped us with many questions and helped book our wine tasting. Sir King had us taste some of the best wines, all made there at the winery! He made sure our wine glasses were always full! Sir King had such great stories and knowledge about all the wines and matched us to our favorites! Anthony was our server for dinner and the wine tasting. He made sure our food was served well! Franz made sure we got pizza when we had trouble getting it ordered! Franz also served us our Hugo spritz in the garden, delicious! Antonio was at the front desk for our morning breakfast. Along with Tonia who made sure we had refills on cappuccino and American coffee. Elena went out of her way to make sure we got the things we needed for our room. The rooms are fantastic! They are kept immaculate! Elena helped us get a note to friends we had met while there when we were leaving! Marco helped us check out and was so very friendly. Food was delicious and wine fantastic. Sir King helped us send some bottles back home! This was a perfect trip and we recommend this place for anyone, couples, families, singles. Everyone made us feel like family! Thank you all!

i had the most wonderful experience at Bosco de Medici Winery! Maddalena made the visit unforgettable — she was so sweet, kind, and genuinely funny. She made us feel so welcome, explained everything with such passion, and added such a joyful energy to the whole experience. The vineyard itself is beautiful, but Maddalena truly made it special. Highly recommend visiting and asking for her if you can — she’s amazing!

The property was amazing and the golf cart tour was very nice. Gianandrea did a great job explaining the property and it’s history. The food and wine was also incredible and all tasted wonderful. Haddaiena did a great job explaining the wines and what they paired well with. She was very friendly and did a great job.

We walked from Pompeii to the vineyard. We were present well in time but were immediately warmly welcomed. The decoration of the grounds is as you see in the films, with the accompanying vistas. The ambiance and staff were very good. The experience and the food were excellent with the wine. In short; if you are in Pompeii and have seen the ruins, this is definitely recommended.

Had an absolutely lovely time! The wine was beautiful and the food was divine! My only complaint is they don't ship wine to New Zealand. Too much taxes. But I would highly recommend a stop at Bossco de Medici. Seeing the ruins on their site too was an experience. Sam, our tour guide on our golf cart tour of the vineyard was hilarious and we absolutely loved it. Thank you for a great experiences

Sam gave us the best tour!! He’s an American college student studying aboard and knows so much about the winery and its history. He was charming, sweet, and funny! We loved the wine and brought some home. Great place for families and loved the upscale vibe. 10/10 recommend.

Our friendly driver, Giuseppe, took us on a short tour of the property which included driving through vineyards, lemon trees and even past the very large horse stables. His introduction was a lovely first encounter with this business which was enhanced by tasting the winery's sparkling wines. We moved on to a white and red wine tasting and a three course lunch, which paired well with the wines. We had a variety of very nice reds and whites. Our friendly sommelier was particularly knowledgeable about the wines we sampled. We learned something knew: that some of their wines are spending time in large clay pots. This is a recent technique that the winery is experimenting with. Overall, the experience was delightful. Wine, food and friendly people attending to us.
