Your hiking and yoga guide will lead you on a 3+ mile, mainly flat hike through some of Sedona's most peaceful trails. You will be led through a range of natural diversity, from a treelined creek bed to expansive Red Rock overlooks of Cathedral Rock and other stunning mountain tops like Capitol Butte, Mount Wilson, and more. Enjoy sightings of the area's wildlife along the way, from a diversity of birds to families of Mule deer.
Based on the time of year/season, you'll pause to lay out your mats for a private yoga session in the middle or at the end of the hike. Your time on the mat will include a restorative yoga practice tailored to your personal experience and intentions, allowing for a deeply nourishing recharge through movement and breath.

What To Expect
Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Sedona's Red Rocks on this 3-hour hiking & yoga tour. This thoughtfully crafted ecotour will guide you on a hike among the local flora where you will see some of Sedona's iconic vortex sites like Cathedral Rock and the Airport vortex. This easily accessible hike for beginners will lead you to a stunning open-air site for your private yoga class. Your yoga instructor will lead you in a personalized, recharging, and relaxing class drawing from various yogic influences including Katonah Yoga, Yin & Restorative Yoga. The class will be sealed with a short meditation and breathwork to connect deeper into the vibrations of the magical natural wonder of this land. At the conclusion of your yoga session, you'll be led through the remaining trails, continuing to ground into the peaceful sounds of nature along the hike. You'll finish back where you began, ready to re-enter the remainder of your Sedona adventure renewed and restored.

5.00We had an incredible morning on our private hiking tour! The hike was lovely and filled with fascinating local history. We ended the session with yoga under a gorgeous tree, listening to the breeze in the leaves—it was pure magic. Our guide, Ethan, was wonderful and an excellent instructor. He perfectly adapted the yoga to our skill level since we’re all novices. Highly recommend this for a peaceful, active morning!

5.00What a perfect mindful and enjoyable Sedona experience! We loved every minute of it! Logistically, directions were on point and it was simple to meet our guide in the park. Ethan provided mats with straps for ease of carrying while hiking. It was the perfect blend of breathtaking scenery, historic tidbits as we hiked and a stunning mountaintop yoga sesh! We had all skill levels represented, from a certified yogi to a college athlete and a rookie yogi mom. He led us through sequences that accommodated us all. Beautiful, fun and so memorable! Cannot recommend THIS yoga + hiking experience enough!

5.00We had an amazing time hiking and practicing yoga with Dani. We were a group of 9 with family members aged 15 to 80! Dani found us the perfect spot, after the perfect walk/hike, for beautiful, meditative, stretchy, yoga that was appropriate for all. She was flexible (in multiple senses of the word!) and rearranged our time/date when the weather wasn't cooperating. She was kind, and grounded, and helped us all feel grounded and present as well. Highly recommend this activity! It was perfect.

5.00Absolutely amazing experience! Our hiking and yoga tour at Red Rock State Park in Sedona was unforgettable. Even though it rained off and on, our guide came prepared with ponchos and made sure everyone was comfortable and safe. The hike was the perfect mix of a workout and a history lesson — we learned so much about the area’s natural beauty and cultural background. The restorative yoga session was the perfect way to unwind and take in the stunning red rock views. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Sedona!
