1.00Purchased a guided tour with Cosmic Tours and Audios. They sent a message via the Viator platform that supposedly had the tickets attached. I could not open the attachments so I sent a message to Cosmic. They requested the booking number so I sent it to them and requested that they send the tickets via my personal email. They did not respond at all. I ended up purchasing the admission tickets again. I have requested a refund and Cosmic has not responded as of the time of this review. My self- guided tour of the castle was great. I give myself five stars.
