1.00Didn’t deliver the bikes. Notified us same morning via Viator text they could not deliver due to insurance issues in their end. We arrived onshore and looked for the bikes for 20 minutes before we found the text in the Viator app.

5.00Had a great experience with renting e-bikes. Sam was awesome snd very helpful. It was really nice to be on your own with the bikes and experience different parts of the island at your own pace. The bikes were very nice and clean. Definitely would rent from Sam again.

5.00We absolutely loved renting e-bikes and scooting around the island stopping to snorkel at many beaches on the way. Nice new bikes and expert instruction on how to use them even for someone who has never ridden one before. Can't say enough about the owner and how friendly and easy going he is. Well definitely rent from him again next time we are in port.

5.00We had such a fantastic day using Sama's e-bikes. It was easy to drive and the instructions provided at the beginning were fantastic. We will definitely rent again when we are next in Grand Cayman.
