What To Expect
During this guided intuitive painting experience, you’ll start with gentle breathwork and a short meditation to arrive fully present. Then, you’ll explore color, emotion and flow as you paint intuitively. No experience or technique needed. I guide you through it. We’ll finish with a relaxed reflection and sharing circle. All materials are provided, and the session is designed to be peaceful, fun and fully immersive.

5.00This was a wonderful experience for me. I really enjoyed it from the beginning till the end. I am not a painter, however, the environment was so calm and inspiring that I made a beautiful piece of art. Everyone was nice and with a good vibe. 5.00This workshop was an absolute blessing! Lenny took us along in exploring many different styles of intuitive painting. We were able to explore with different color palettes and a variety of tools as well. We all connected deeply with the inner child inside of us which made the experience joyful and playful at the same time. Learning that it's so much more about the process, rather than the end result was very valuable. Also the location in nature with the sound of ocean waves in the background was simply amazing. Lenny is a great teacher and artist. I can recommend this workshop to anyone!

I arrived feeling a little unsure of what to expect, but through the guided breathing and meditation, I was able to release those expectations and fully step into a space of creativity and playfulness. With Lenny’s gentle and intuitive guidance, it became easy to let my imagination flow and allow my brush to be led by intuition rather than overthinking. Whenever I felt stuck, she would thoughtfully introduce new techniques, objects, or subtle suggestions that helped me move forward and see my painting from a fresh perspective. The entire experience felt safe, inspiring, and freeing. And the ocean view setting made it even more magical, creating a calm and beautiful atmosphere that elevated the whole morning. I would absolutely recommend the Sense & Paint experience to anyone looking to reconnect with their creativity in a meaningful way.
