5.00This was a lovely spa experience. My friend and I both had the quick massage package which was 60 minutes including a foot massage and back and shoulder massage. Before entering we also got asked which areas we wanted the most focus on which was very helpful. Both Kimberly and Jessica were amazing! My massage focused on all the areas highlighted and was extremely relaxing. My massage therapist also made sure to check to ensure pressure was okay throughout the massage. The spa also has a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi!

5.00Me and my friend had a massage here and it was amazing. We just came from the Ha Giang loop and we're feeling very achy and left feeling great. We had Kimberly and Jessica and they were excellent, they made sure we were okay and said to just let them know if we wanted a different pressure but honestly it was perfect for me. The actual spa is lovely and relaxing and really aesthetic.

5.00I had the Serene Signature treatment at Serene Spa and it was such a great experience. The hot herbal compresses wrapped in silk felt amazing and helped release so much tension. The golden oil massage was the highlight — my therapist Anna has an incredible technique. She was so caring, attentive, and really listened to what my body needed. I left feeling deeply relaxed, light, and recharged.

5.00Kai went above and beyond to take care of us even before we step foot into the spa in Hanoi. We had to change our appointments a few times and Kai was always accommodating. The signature outlet is charming and an oasis in the hectic Old Quarter. Our therapists Jessica and Anna have amazing hands and it was clear they have a deep understanding of the body and energy movement. This was the last spa on our 12 day trip to Vietnam and we are leaving with a deep gratitude for the Vietnamese people who took care of us wholeheartedly. Cam on!

5.00This is a beautiful facility. The front desk is very friendly and has great explanations of the various packages. The room and staff are lovely. Kimberly, my masseuse, was wonderful. She made the experience relaxing and helped me with sore muscles from walking and traveling.
