We will meet in my studio in the heart of Casco Viejo, surrounded by history and iconic architecture. I will have a mat waiting for everyone. After introductions, we will each come to a comfortable seat on our mats and I will ask the group if there are any special requests or limitations I need to know about before we begin. I will set the expectation that each person is free to choose what feels good to them and what they would like to skip. I will offer cues, but each person is free to do only what they choose throughout the practice. Together we will set our intentions, connect with our breath, and enjoy a beautiful yoga practice. I will gently guide you through an hour long yoga practice, offering several options and adaptations to choose from so everyone feels welcome and comfortable. You'll feel like you are traveling back in time, away from the fast pace of modern life. Soak in the tropical tranquility. Leave refreshed and rejuvenated. Other things to note: No experience practicing yoga or meditation is necessary, all levels, including beginners, are very welcome. Mats and towels are available if you need them!
