Furthermore due to the situation nowadays we organize tours only for small groups (up to 7 persons) and we have the option for private tours.

What To Expect
The tour starts at 08:00 with pick-up from your hotel/accommodation in Sofia. After approximately 1 and a half-hour drive we will reach Panichishte Resort. From there we will take the chairlift which will lead us to the Rila Lakes mountain hut. And from here the hike starts. We will follow the path which will unveil the beauty of the lakes one after the other - The Lower Lake, Fish Lake, The Trefoil, The Twin, The Kidney, The Eye, and The Tear. The walking time is approx. 5 hours. Drive back to Sofia. The tour ends with drop-off at your hotel/accommodation.

5.00We can honestly say that hiking the Rila mountains and the seven lakes was the highlight of our trip and exceeded all expectations. The whole day was very well organised and Anna our guide was the best, extremely knowledgeable and so very friendly and engaging. We had a great time and would definitely be in touch with Anna and Bultrips if we find ourselves visiting Bulgaria again. Thanks again to Anna for making our break perfect!

5.00I went on this hike August 29th. Meto was my guide. He is very knowledgeable about the area. He has a great respect for nature and the area. He made the hike very entertaining and informative. Pick up and transportation was very easy. I would highly recommend METO as a guide as well! He knew the best routes to stay away from the crowds and the best spots for taking pictures. This hike was a great way to see nature and the beauty that Bulgaria has to offer.I would recommend this to any one who loves nature. likes to hike/walk and is in moderate shape.

5.00We have done Hiking the 7 Rila lakes. It was an awesome experience. Our tour guide Adrian was really wonderful encouraging motivating. Thanks to him we managed to climb up to the 6th lake which was still frozen. It was an amazing experience as the mood of nature changing every minute from foggy to cloudy to sunshine.
