  Amazing experience. This is a must do for everyone coming to Fiji. The team's hospitality was amazing and really made the trip special, especially Vili and Mili (sorry if I spelled those wrong). The music was fantastic. We were worried we might get a bit bored as I'm not a drinker but there was heaps to do, the snorkeling was great. We'll worth it. Thanks so much.

  Staff were amazing, extremely accommodating and friendly. The pontoon has a really party vibe with great food, cold drinks and crystal clear waters. The boat ride home was a highlight for us as it was full of lots of laughs dancing. Will be back.

  Visit at your own peril. The platform is designed to compete with a similar one (which I haven't visited). Once you are in the ocean, in the middle of no where, you are at their mercy. We were offered this via our hotel, which owns part of this platform. 1. The welcome drink is a cordial in a shot glass 2. The bar mixes alcohol and there are no water stations or water hydration in sight for the 6 hour trip. 3. Staff kept pushing people to get into the water, despite some who couldn't swim. 4. The scenery is beautiful, it becomes a bit boring because there's nothing else to do after eating, drinking and being in the water. 5. The seats are reserved, so to get the best seats book ahead Finally, the most important, there's no host responsibility, there were several people sick on the way back, but they kept serving alcohol. There were tourists in tears, throwing up all over the boat on the way back. You won't find this in the reviews, but read carefully and you will see more examples.

  Hands down the best decision we made on our short stay in Fiji. 45min smooth transfer to the pontoon. We hired day beds which had shade for half the day but plenty of other options undercover to cool down. It's definitely a party vibe with great music and a big range of great cocktails. The views are amazing and there are plenty of ways to enjoy the water. Food was really good too. The crew bring the place to life and are having as much fun as the guests. What really impressed me was the effort made by the crew to remember our names and connect on a personal level (including a birthday singalong for my daughter's 21st). Nothing was too much trouble and they helped unsure swimmers to enjoy all the experiences available. Big shout out to Millie and Sammy and all the crew who kept us laughing all day long. We left Fiji the next day really wishing we'd stayed a few more days so we could return to Seventh Heaven.

  The tour description is misleading. It talks about sun lounges and daybeds, but all of the good ones were pre-reserved, and you had to pay to use any of the others. It also says that you don't need to bring snorkelling equipment, but you do, unless you want to pay more $$ was really disappointing that this tour (which wasn't cheap) doesn't include anything. We also had quite a rowdy group with us who definitely drank too much and were sick on the way back.

  We had a very lovely time. All the staff were very friendly. They even did a little extra to help take my wife and her POC (oxygen machine) out where she could be in the water for awhile without having to worry about her hose being in people's ways. It was the perfect amount of people hanging out . And the food and drink was good. I would definitely recommend this to other people as well as being willing to come back again if we come back to Fiji.

  Such a warm welcome as soon as you arrive! The drinks were amazing, and the food was well-seasoned and really tasty. I have to mention one moment that stood out. I definitely jumped out of my skin when a jellyfish brushed up under my arm 😅 but one of the staff members immediately took the time to reassure me I was safe. He grabbed a safety buoy and guided my friend and me around, explaining that the jellyfish in that area were safe and had no harmful tentacles. He even took us out to see the coral farm, which was such a beautiful sight. Overall, an incredible experience! Highly recommend!
