Good transfer - uneventful, as you would wish from a transfer. Driver friendly. Nothing else to add.

The communication with the operator was terrible to begin with. There were no details about how to find the transportation or what it even looked like to be able to find it. No one at the airport could assist me either. When I reached out, they did not immediately respond and when they did, they told me that the shuttle bus driver was late and to stand by the cafe. A few moments later I was informed that the shuttle driver could not “find me” and that they had left. So I was stranded at the airport and forced to order an (expensive) Uber! I cancelled my ride with them back to the airport because this company has proven to be untrustworthy. And I am still waiting for the operator to contact me back about a refund 😡

Driver picked up a hitchhiker at the airport while we were getting on. Didn’t feel safe for that. And he missed one person so we had to go back, wasted 20 minutes. Plus bad traffic, it took us two and half hours get to Antigua from GUA.

Very smooth journey and very responsive to messages to help out with questions and booking changes. Picked up first, so 15 mins before booking time.

Overall good experience. Shuttle was on time in Antigua and took me to airport. At Guatemala City airport I took shuttle back and had decent experience. Drivers wait for you at Guatemala City airport entrance. Very organized.

Excellent Service!! I took a rideshare to get from the airport to Antigua, and then back. Both times they were very punctual, and before the pickup time, they sent me the driver information. I recommend it 100%.
