She is knowledgeable, helpful, and fun, making her an outstanding guide to show me around. It was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it. 10/10

We visited the Robotics Showroom, OCT Harbor, and the Shenzhen Museum—we saw amazing new technologies and learned how Shenzhen developed from a small fishing village into a cosmopolitan city and global technology center. The trip was rounded off with a meal together in an authentic restaurant—a great experience!

5.00Riley was a wonderful guide. Although I booked the tour only one day in advance, the communication was excellent. We were unable to see demonstrations at the showroom (beyond my guide’s control), Riley made up for it with other interesting experiences including a drone food delivery, robo taxi, and visits to top tech vendors. The Shenzhen Museum provided an excellent overview of how the city was transformed from a small village to a world acclaimed tech center in just 45 years. On a personal level, I truly enjoyed becoming acquainted with Riley. An impressive young woman who is an excellent ambassador for Shenzhen.

5.00Awesome experience for our 16 year old (and us). We had a choice of 3 activities which we let our teenager choose and were met by our amazing guide Du and he went above and beyond to ensure a great day. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

5.005/5. I really liked Fred's tour. He got here on time, and kept the schedule just right—nothing felt rushed. He’s a pro in technology industry, so it is nice to hear him to guide the tour in Shenzhen. The taxis connected perfectly too, so we didn’t have to walk much. It made the whole tour super easy and relaxing. I had a great time with it.

5.00Fred supported us even before we meet him in Shenzhen, giving us useful advice on taking high speed rail to Shenzhen from Hong Kong, where we were staying. As we were expecting devastating typhoon to hit the region the day after, some attractions were not available. But he helped us to get the best out of unfortunate typhoon day. Fred is a reliable and responsible guide. We highly recommend students like us to join the tour, and experience new technologies.
