This is a fun tour you going enjoy with your family. This amazing tour combines with 7 waterfalls with 5 exciting zip lines. Hike approximately 30 minutes to the first zip line, take a 5 zip lines and cross 2 suspension bridge down to the 7 waterfall. From here you can jump and slide your way to the 1s falls. After the excursion you will enjoy a delicious Dominican buffet style lunch When we finish we are going back to your destination.

This excursion was a well organized and exhilarating experience. The zip lines were amazing and extra care was taken for safety. The waterfalls and cave experience were incredibly beautiful. Highly recommend this tour.

AWESOME experience! Our guides worked well together. They took lots of pics. Our family was able to do the hike to the zipline (longer than expected, but they took lots of breaks so all good). After zip lining we enjoyed refreshing water falls / swim. Beautiful!! Would definitely recommend! Make sure to take the “leap” into the water.

You should take this excursion! We were a family of 5, youngest was 10 yrs. A photographer came along with us and treated us like pop stars. We joined a much larger group at the park, but our photographer made sure we were at the head of the large group and continuously took photos of us. Because it is such an active and wet excursion, taking your own phone/camera is highly discouraged. We had so much fun and have lasting memories of the entire day. Yes, the photos cost extra ($70), but that was a price I gladly paid to get those action shots of all of us having fun. Can't wait to make my photo book! The walk to find the van/bus was a bit long; you have to walk outside the gate and along the highway, but they bring you right back to the port gates when you are done. The hike up the hills was a bit tiring (I'm 52) but the trip down on zip lines and waterfalls was so worth it! Go with this group- you won't regret it!

The walk from the port to our pickup spot was long and hot and a little confusing but we finally made it after lots of offered help from other street vendors. There was a little confusion on the meeting time as well, but it all worked out fine. Unfortunately due to the amount of rain the region received our group was unable to get to the waterfalls and ziplines due to the national park being closed but the Exceptcust crew made up for it. I wish I could remember our main tour guide's name, beautiful young lady with Rosario as our driver and Monkey as our photographer. Super crew that we had a great time with! They showed us the local area allowing us to sample authentic DR food and rum and a look into the culture of DR. The beach was beautiful. Next time we are in the DR, we will absolutely reach out to the crew at Exceptcust!

The waterfalls were closed due to high amounts of rain in the area, but the crew still took us around and made sure we had a great time! We did the city tour and they brought us to the beach before bringing us back to the port. We were able to experience the local culture and cuisine while feeling safe. I could not give these guys a better review!

Our tour guide Cloudio A.K.A Sexy Paparazzi was the best, very fun and entertaining. Andriw was our waterfall and zip line guide, also a blast to be around. The lunch at the end was delicious. This excursion was the highlight of our cruise. Got to experience the culture by grinding our own coffee and listening to some locals.

Embarked on a breathtaking waterfall day trip with ziplining—truly a 5-star adventure! The picturesque location left me in awe, with cascading waterfalls and lush greenery at every turn. Jose Miguel, our driver, not only made the journey enjoyable with his friendly nature but also went the extra mile, sharing fascinating insights about the Dominican Republic. Book this experience outside of the cruise line if you are on a cruise! That is what we did and we were able to do exhilarating jumps from platforms into the waterfall areas while people from the cruise were only allowed to climb down ladders. Great time!

A little confused about the start time. Showed up an 1 1/2 hours early. One of the other vendors called them and they got me another couple that had also miss read the start time.
