Annalisa welcomed us in a course that involved the whole family. As much as we already enjoy cooking she has provided us with new approaches to cooking that stem from a long tradition. His hospitality extended even further as he even invited us into his campaign. We will be back for new experiences

My son and I had the most fantastic experience at Analis’ cookery course! From the moment we arrived, Analis was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home in her beautiful kitchen. We made pasta from scratch — such a fun and hands-on activity, and something we’d never done before. The swordfish was perfectly cooked and full of flavour, and the almond nougat was the perfect sweet finish. Every ingredient we used was fresh, organic, and many were picked straight from Analis’ own garden — you could really taste the difference. The food was traditional, delicious and simple. Amazing We both learnt so much throughout the day, and Analis was so generous with her knowledge and tips. It wasn’t just a cooking lesson — it was a full experience of food, warmth, and connection. One tip: come hungry! You’ll definitely want to enjoy every bite. Not to be missed

We had a cooking workshop with our son of 17 years, in which we made a pasta with zucchini, swordfish and a desert. Annalisa is very enthusiastic and friendly and talks passionately about the food she grows herself on her country retreat and the way she prepares the dishes. We made a delicious meal and learned a lot about the Sicilian customs and preparation of food. It was very educational, very good food and very cozy. Highly recommended if you are near Agrigento. Thank you Annalisa for the fantastic experience.

What an amazing lady! Analisa is so much fun to be with. So knowledgeable about cooking and Sicilian history. We made fresh pasta, a delicious sauce for pasta, a fish dish, and part of a dessert! Everything was delicious and very easy to make. The recipes were not complicated and the ingredients super fresh. Analisa went out of her way to accommodate someone in our group with celiac as well. Although not listed here she also helps with genealogical research. She helped us find information and took us to a nearby town for a tour. She is so friendly and will talk to people in the town to learn more and it made the day unforgettable!
