The southern and eastern Phu Quoc sightseeing tour is the perfect combination of these factors. The tour takes you to visit the pearl farm, learn how to fish in the sea, and

visit the fish sauce factory, the sim wine production base and the Phu Quoc pepper garden. Remember to talk to the locals to get better understanding their daily life. Furthermore, the tour also leads you to Sao beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Phu Quoc with clear blue sea, clean, white sand. You will be surprised because this place is the paradise of those cute sea stars.

What To Expect

Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm

9.00: Our tour guide will arrive your hotel to pick you up or you will meet up at the office if your hotel is located outside Duong Dong Town. The first attraction is Pearl Farm that exhibits many beautiful, precious string of pearls samples or even cultivated pearls that are handcrafted and raised by the locals here. Moreover, you also have the opportunity to watch the guide on site acts how to get a pearl from a sea boy. What an interesting experience for those who have never known before

Sim Son Phu Quoc

9.30: We leave from Pearl Farm to visit Sim wine factory where local people produce Sim wine (Rose Myrtle wine) made from the fruit from the myrtle tree. In hear, you will have chance to taste test different types of sim wine...from light alcohol content to higher. If you like it, you can buy from store because Sim wine is only made in Phu Quoc Island.

I was on Sao beach last year. And only remember it because of the rubbish. I returned today in hope locals got their act together. Sadly disappointed. It’s dirtiest renowned beach Iv ever been on. And prices in local restaurants have much higher than anywhere else. 45000 for a coke 100,000 for a coconut. Also clowns with drones taking pictures of themselves and their model girlfriends. Without any concern for other people’s personal space 🙄🙄. There are many nice beaches on island. Starfish ong lang , long beach Don’t waste ur time going to Sao.

Tour was very well planned, I enjoyed the stops ( pearl farm, fish sauce, prison, Sim wine, lunch and beach, temple, pepper farm). Tour guide Tân spoke good English and gave us all the information. The bus was a little overcrowded..maybe one person too many😄. (The Pearl Farm is very special, they also carve items from fossil shells and fossilised wood.

Good fun and an easy way to explore more of the island in the comfort of air conditioning. Lunch was good but probably not for you if you don't eat seafood. I would highlight that there are quite a lot of shopping stops at the start of the day, which irritated some tourists. However, we found them fun and you were always on the move.
