Alcoholic beverages, neck and shoulder massages, rest suites and meeting rooms are also available for an additional fee. When booking, choose a 3-hour, 6-hour or 12-hour pass to give you the time you need based on the length of your layover. When it's time to board your next flight, you'll be revitalized and ready to go. Pleasant surprise at the Changi Plaza Premium

5.00I've visited the lounge often for a couple of hours.. during short transits .. However this time I had a 12 hour transit ..flight landing 8pm and leaving 8am next morning. Perplexed I enquired how I should spend the night . Between Theven and Chloie they turned my night stay from a perceived trauma in my mind to a wonderful experience in reality . I was given a pod for 6 hours .. that included some dinner from the buffet and later some light breakfast before leaving . A shower was included in the price . I left the next morning at 5 am completely relaxed and so relieved that my night went by without any trauma. God Bless you guys and thank you so much ..keep up the great work and kudos 👏

1.00Don’t be tempted to book this lounge after looking at the great (very old) photos. This lounge is disgraceful. Dirty. Seats are worn out. Food offering is dreadful with poor selection and quality. Bar is very limited

5.00I think I will simply reproduce the feedback email I just sent to the management. I have rarely been as moved by a visit, and I don't think I can improve on what I wrote to them. I hope readers will share my sentiments. Quote. On Friday, 10 April 2026, I visited your T1 lounge for the second time. I was there before in April 2025 I like this lounge, which despite the sheer number of customers, still allows me to relax. This time, I met Tony, your sprightly 75 year old staff who seemed to be both working non stop and eternally cheerful. Until he shared his age, I thought he would have been in his 60s. He treated everyone with warmth and when a guest accidentally broke a plate or glass (I couldn't see the details from where I was seated), he took charge, asked another staff to call the cleaning crew, and personally cordoned off the area for safety and warned guests not to step in the shards until the cleaning crew arrived. That's leadership. My kudos to Tony (he blushed when I said I will write feedback) but more importantly, kudos to you for employing him. Giving an excellent person who is 75 a chance to work says a lot about your management. This visit was the best part of my trip to Singapore this time. I am still smiling. Thank you.

5.00Got my free pass from Maya card but my husband paid for his entry. Good food. evrything was tasty.. Kudos to GINA as well as she has been so accomodating and friendly and was everywhere cleaning and tidying up tables.Good to see that this lounge employs even old people.

4.00I had a 9 hour layover so this was a more relaxing way to wait. I was lucky to have ear plugs as it was a bit noisy even though it was overnight. Food was good. Bathrooms clean. If you can sleep in a chair it works as there is nowhere to actually lay down.
