Had an awesome time at the Plaza Premium Lounge in Singapore. Mae/ZiYang were absolute legends — super friendly and made everything a breeze. Great spot to chill before our flight to Australia, with good food, drinks and a comfy vibe. Only downside: our DragonPass didn’t cover the showers or the cocktail, which was a bit of a bummer. Still, with the top-notch service and relaxed atmosphere, it’s definitely worth a stop-in.

Do not book with this lounge!!!!!! , I booked for my parents with shower access hey were no able to use them as hey were not cleaned or maintained, The food was very average, I am very dissatisfied as this was not cheap and I certainly did not get what I paid for my elderly parents , I have not been offered a refund 😕😕😕😕 they would of been better off sitting at the airport and getting takeout and not rushing to this place where it felt dirty and not clean

I have a very good experience in this lounge. The staff were excellent. I would like to give a special mention to Gina who was our server and who gave us an excellent service. From the moment we arrived till we left we were given an excellent service.

I had a 9 hour transit stay at Changi Airport and I couldn't pick a better location for my flight. After exploring the various stores and restaurants of Changi, I went to Ambassador Transit Hotel - Terminal 3 and paid as a guest. Super comfortable and exquisitely quiet to recharge after some long haul flights. You are paying a bit of price but you have quiet, privacy and a shower compared to braving it in the public lounges.
Good place to recoup energy.
