Guests visiting during the festive weekend can expect a longer waiting time of approximately 2 hours.
Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
Tickets are open dated but cannot be used directly at the venue. Pre slot reservation is required at official site with the booking code received on the E - ticket
Recommended: Guests are requested to pre-book their slots minimum 72 hours in advance as the slots are subject to availability.
No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for their safety and well-being.
A Viator/TripAdvisor confirmation booking will be sent at the time of confirmation is not the official ticket.
Confirmation email will be sent at time of booking. E tickets will be sent by 24 hours before the tour.

5.00The Singapore Flyer should be visited by anyone who is holidaying in Singapore. My wife and I found it an economical way to take a look at Singapore from above. We had a car all to our selves. The interior was clean and the views through the windows were spectacular.

1.00We went to The Singapore Flyer having booked and received confirmation for this experience on 5 March. When we arrived by taxi we were told it was shut for scheduled maintenance until 12 April and to come back after that date. Very disappointed! No contact except a small update on the app however we didn’t check that as it was confirmed the previous day by email.

5.00I highly recommend this activity. You won't get such a 360 degree view from anywhere else. I suggest going at night when the SuperTree Flower show at Gardens at the bay is going on. I saw it on the ground, but I can imagine what it would be like from above. Also after sunset, you see beautiful lights of the skyline. You can walk about your capsule as you feel. If you want to sit, I suggest when you get on, sit on the right side facing the buildings, not the water. The views are spectacular.

4.00We had issues getting the QR code. The pdf received could not be opened. This is a very complex system to recover the tickets for entry. We lost more than 20 minutes in this process.

4.00Your ticket will not be issued until 24 hours before the event date. It comes on an email and it is very difficult to download. Buy the ticket onsite.

5.00Can learn about history of Singapore and of course get a magnificent views. It is well organized and in my case the gondola was only for me. Not so many tourists at that time.

5.00A wonderful experience 👍 We were driving at dusk. In the evening, Singapore looks particularly charming. It was also nice that they didn’t pack the gondola so full. We were in with 7 people. But it would have fit 12 at s 15 people in.
