How Your Transfer Works 1. Book Your Transfer Choose your preferred transfer option and provide the following details during booking: • Flight number • Arrival or departure time • Hotel or destination address • Contact number / WhatsApp number • Number of passengers and luggage Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive your transfer details and pickup instructions. 2. Flight Monitoring & Preparation Our operations team tracks your flight in real time to ensure a smooth pickup experience, even if your flight arrives earlier or later than scheduled. Your assigned vehicle and driver will be prepared based on your group size and luggage requirements. 3. Arrival at Changi Airport After landing and clearing immigration and baggage collection, proceed to the designated pickup area stated in your booking confirmation. Complimentary airport waiting time of up to 60 minutes is included from the actual flight arrival time. For travelers who selected the optional Meet & Greet service, your driver will be waiting at the arrival hall holding a signboard under the lead traveler’s name or “Wandoras.” 4. Vehicle Boarding Your driver will assist with luggage before escorting you to your assigned vehicle. Depending on your booking, vehicles may include: • Toyota Hiace • Private Minibus Larger vehicles may be arranged for bigger groups or extra luggage requirements. 5. Comfortable Transfer Journey Relax in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle while your driver takes you directly to your destination in Singapore. Transfers are available for: • Hotels • Resorts Drivers are familiar with Singapore routes and traffic conditions to ensure efficient travel. 6. Arrival at Your Destination Upon arrival, your driver will assist with unloading luggage and ensure all passengers are safely dropped off at the correct location.
