River Wonders Singapore is a unique river-themed wildlife park located within Mandai Wildlife Reserve, showcasing freshwater ecosystems inspired by iconic rivers such as the Amazon, Nile, and Mekong. The recommended visit duration is around 2–3 hours, depending on your pace, crowd levels, weather conditions, and optional activities like the Amazon River Quest boat ride. The experience is self-guided, allowing guests to explore different zones at their convenience.
Guests can enter seamlessly using an e-ticket or redeem at the counter if needed. Highlights include the Giant Panda Forest and Amazon Flooded Forest, with an optional boat ride available. The park is easy to navigate, providing a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Notice: Please note that the Amazon River Quest (ARQ) boat ride at River Wonders will be closed for its annual maintenance works from 31st August to 30th September 2026. The ride will resume operation on Thursday, 1st October 2026.

4.00Our family (kids aged 10-16) enjoyed this half-day experience. Seeing pandas and anacondas were the highlights! Lots of fish from around the world to watch, great to see some animals like capybaras and monkeys too. Clean, plenty of food options. Was frustrated not to be able to attend the show: bookings open 2 hrs prior but were sold out within the first 2 minutes! Next time I would plan to book the night zoo experience to follow.

4.00The main attraction for this park is the panda. The boat ride is a lovely experience and worth the extra fee. The park is quite small and can be seen in about 2 hours so as you are travelling about 25mins out of the city it is advisable incorporating one of the other parks.

5.00I made the same mistake as another reviewer and used the first email Viator sent me to download my ticket and added it to my Google wallet. This gave me a barcoded ticket, so when I got there I opened Google wallet but the ticket wouldn't scan, and they told me I needed a QR code. I went to the customer service desk and they looked at the email with all the details on, and they retrieved the QR codes for both the entry and the river ride, and then used my phone to take photos of them so I could enter the park. The staff were all very helpful, and it's only when I got back to the hotel later I realised there had been a second email with QR codes on. In all fairness the first email did say to wait for another email, but once something says 'download and add to wallet' I just did that. Live n learn. Once we were in the park we had a lovely time looking at all the fish and sea creatures. We didn't rush, we took our time to look at everything, and we were there for nearly four hours. It's not like some parks where you can't spy any of the animals, we actually saw everything even if it took a bit of patience to spot. The enclosure sizes are maybe a bit smaller, making it easier to see them. My husband has always wanted to see manatees and he loved seeing them swimming round and munching on some greens. Take your time, appreciate what you're looking at rather than just powering through the park like it's a race, and it's a great half day out.

5.00The River Wonders was surprisingly good. I was unsure what to expect, but it was a fun morning. I would highly recommend this if you have children. They will absolutely love the boat ride and seeing all the different animals

4.00Entertaining especially during very hot and rainy days! The ticket purchased by VIATOR was not recognized immediately but they have been kind enough to issue me a QR code like their other partners/vendors. A nice experience if you do not mind watching animals in confined places...

4.00A fun half day experience with the family. The jaguars, manatees, giant river otters, red and giant pandas are all fascinating to look at and learn more about. Great collection of large and small freshwater fish - with good viewing possibilities. Amazon river quest is a short boat ride which is a fun experience. There is a fair amount of walking, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes & clothes!
