If you register your SIM using a passport on the hi!App (in or outside Singapore), you'll only get data-only access with limited app features.
All SIM/eSIM credit will expire after the validity period.
Local and international calls are charged per minute.
All orders are final. No refund, exchange, or cancellation after payment.
SIM card registration is required and must be done at the time of collection, or the SIM will be invalid.
SIMs registered with a passport will be valid for 30 days only, under IMDA rules.
To keep your SIM active beyond 30 days, you must re-register in person at a Singtel Shop, Exclusive Retailer, or Singtel mRemit (Lucky Plaza #01-11) with a valid Singapore-issued ID or Work Pass.
If not re-registered, your SIM will be suspended after 30 days with no refund.
The person collecting and registering the SIM must be at least 15 years old.
A physical passport (for tourists) or NRIC (for Singaporeans) must be shown at redemption.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
