The tour was equal parts learning about the food culture of Singapore through tastings and a quick introduction to its history which gave rise to this culture. Jeanette was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and expertly covered both. Despite a strong outpour Jeanette managed to keep the tour on track and made sure we hit all the spots with sufficient time at each location.
