Vitor is an excellent private tour guide! We had 3 separate full day tours around the sights in Lisbon, Fatima and surrounding areas, and Sintra. Vitor has a great sense of humor and is a wealth of information about the entire country, AND its history! He explained in detail about the important facts of each location and he was VERY accommodating as far as how much time spent in each area. Vitor’s recommendations for restaurants for lunch were excellent for Authentic Portugese food and drink! We NEVER felt rushed and enjoyed every minute! He does tours well outside of the Lisbon area, including the Algarve and Northern locations, including Porto. As an older couple, we didn’t want to have a group tour, and he was always able to park near all sites! Very important, since we have some mobility issues. Vitor surprised us with a special, meaningful gift each day. How thoughtful. We highly recommend the Portugal Expert Turismo!

Our day with Vitor was unforgettable! He picked us up, showed us Sintra and nearby towns, and shared so much history, culture, and local secrets along the way. It felt less like a tour and more like exploring with a friend who knows all the best spots. Highly recommend him if you want a truly special experience in Portugal!

Vitor gave us a great day tour of Sintra and Cascais. He picked us up promptly at 8:30a and followed a personalized plan for a wonderful day. His Mercedes van sat 6 of us comfortably. The van was cool ,clean, and stocked with water and a treat. He was very passionate and knowledgeable of the city and towns and we learned a lot about Portugal.

Such a great day with Vitor!! He was patient and extremely knowledgeable (Portugal and beyind. Were going to Morocco and he gave us great tips). He was pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. We took great pics and videos at Cabo da Roc. I would def rec Vitor.

Vitor is a very interesting and knowledgeable tour guide, we just completed 5 days tour in Portugal with Vitor. He met us always on time near the hotel in his spotless and very comfortable car, supplied us with water bottles and treated with local goods. On the way to Sintra Vitor instructed us on where exactly to go and what to see, gave us plenty of time to explore the town and we received so much of interesting information from him that I constantly cough myself on saying “wow” to all the fact/history he told us! We also visited Cabo da Roca and Boca Inferno. Our younger son loves Cristiano Ronaldo and Vitor even made a stop in front of Ronaldo’s house on the way to Cascais so we took pictures.. Vitor also suggested good restaurants to dine at. There is no way we would be able to see and explore so many exiting places without him! Thank you Vitor!!

We had a fantastic private tour with our family guided by Vitor Pais. He guided us with comfortable Mercedes van. Tours started with the dramatic cliffs of Cabo da Roca, Europe’s the westernmost point and followed by the picturesque village - Azenhas do Mar. We continued to the magnificent Pena Palace in Sintra, and ended our tour in the beautiful seaside town of Cascais. Vitor was an outstanding guide — professional, knowledgeable, and passionate. He shared fascinating historical insights and stories about Portugal throughout the day, which made each location more meaningful. I would like to figure out Vitor’s helpfulness - e accidentally left one of our mobile phones at Pena Palace store, and although we had already reached Cascais, he kindly drove us all the way back to Sintra so we could retrieve it, and then brought us back to Cascais without hesitation.

We had a fantastic time with Vitor. We are a family of four and travelled with a toddler and a 9 year old with us. He even had a car seat already installed for us when we arrived. He went above and beyond to ensure we have a fun and relaxing time during the trip. He was there to answer our questions but also gave us the space to explore on our own. Gave us bottled of water to ensure we hydrate and got us a gift from Casa do Preto. That was really thoughtful. I would not hesistate to book with Vitor again.
