  Absolutely horrible, never thought anything like this would happen in Sweden in 2026. We get on the bus at 5:00 on a Sunday morning, the temperature outside is about -20 degrees. When we get on the bus, we immediately notice that it is very cold inside the bus, we ask the driver if there is heat and we get an answer that it will be available in a minute. After 15 minutes of suffering, there is still no heat inside the bus. We ask the driver and he says there is some problem, inside the bus it is -19 degrees …. Not only that, but the bus has been out all night. Now we are beginning to notice that we will not get any heat during the whole trip. There are mothers with small children on the bus….. We travel for a total of 40 whole minutes sedentary in a bus where it is -20 degrees, and when I say that, I really mean it. The driver could see the temperature inside the bus and he himself said it was -20 degrees. When we arrive at the first stop we tell the driver that this is not possible, this is life-threatening. Several passengers on the bus began to lose feeling in their body parts, people were pale in the face and several almost fainted due to the cold. During this tour, the driver asks us several times for water as he cannot see anything through the window, it is full of ice on the window that does not melt. We are on the E4 and it’s dark outside…. When we arrive at the first stop, I ask the driver to call the management, as we cannot reach them ourselves because it is so early in the morning. He calls them and they say they can't do anything about it, totally sick. I ask him to call them back so that I as a passenger can tell them the situation. I explain to the man on the phone what is happening and I say that something must be done, such as a replacement bus or similar. I also mention to him how serious this is, people's lives are being put in danger, partly because we have a driver who sees nothing through the window but also the cold inside the bus. The answer I get is HE HANGS UP. We are now standing outside and no one knows what to do, you can not go in and warm yourself anywhere precisely because it is so early on a Sunday morning. Now it has been a little over an hour since we boarded the bus, and there is still no solution. Now passengers are really starting to panic, as this is life-threatening. After about half an hour out in the cold, the driver finally manages to reach the management on the phone. Now they say that they have fixed replacement taxi for us and that it will be here in about 10 minutes. The taxi of course never showed up, we waited for about 20 minutes and the driver keeps saying “fifteen minutes”. It got so bad that two passengers had to walk up to a stranger who was parked a little further away, and ask to come in and warm up for a minute. We then start calling up various taxi firms, but because it is so early you can not find a taxi. Eventually, however, we manage to find a taxi. We had no choice, as everyone's flight on that bus left in less than 1 hour and 30 minutes. Now it remains to be seen if we will be refunded / if we will be reimbursed by the airport buses, but considering how it has looked so far it looks pretty dark ….. Bottom line, I will never in my life set foot on these disgusting buses again and recommend no one to do it!!!!!!! (This was the bus from Linköping to Skavsta airport, 15 February 2026 with departure 05:00 from Linköping.

• Avoid. Take a taxi. Or Uber. Or bolt. Anyone just not them

  Appalling services. A blatant disregard for schedule. The bus was supposed to depart at 3pm, we waited in the cold for them until 4:15 and even then they waited for another plane to land just to fill the bus with another 6 people. They only leave when the bus is full. Regardless of the schedule. Never again I’ll be using this company. Zero stars for services, zero stars for professionalism (the people there kept telling us “we leave in 10-15 minutes” each time we asked) Zero overall

• My worst bus ride ever

  The worst ride ever!!! Bus driver missed 4 turns, the bus was from Skavsta airport to Stockholm central, the journey supposed to be around 1hour and 30 minutes, because the bus driver missed at least 4 turns, we ended up driving into Solna which added at least 30 minutes of driving to Stockholm central, I would not recommend this bus, and never would take it again!!!

  You might take into account that some may tavel in groups (for example school groups) and reconsider your group travellers' policy. Teachers/group leaders are responsible for their students/group members. Therefore they should not split and should not be put at the end of the line. Group travelling should not be a disadvantage. You do not offer group dicounts. At least, provide them this priority when boarding, of course, according to their arrival.

  I understand this is not the driver's fault, but we were in the first 10 in line and got in last 5 in the bus since people have not respected the line. I think the company should ensure this by making one person line mandatory through a marking. Also when we got in, we were told we can't sit in the second row where there were some small pillows (assume was for kids) and we ended up not being able to sit together and also having to sit next to let's say not the cleanest people, while in the end other adults were let to sit there infront. Small things can make the experience much better.

• The bus was very clean, you have USB charges and free wifi. It is a great option because they wait for your fligh

  The bus was very clean, you have USB charges and free wifi. It is a great option because they wait for your flight if it gets delayed. The support team also reached to me when I contacted them during the same day. 5/5!

  

  

• Loud/ obnoxious radio

  Everything fine and clean but the driver I had was “blasting” some radio sport event in the whole cabin, made it hard to sleep and obnoxious for a 2hr-ish trip. For the rest: impeccable service. (Hoping you do not get the same sport-fan driver - he drove well)

  There were 2 buses for the whole plane. 6 People could not hop on the bus. Had to wait over 1 hour for next bus. 2 people left with taxi to not Miss train. No compensation for inconvenience.

  Drivers were very kind, they helped us buy the tickest and most important, waited us, we had a flight delay, we arrived around 23:00 at the airport an around 12 in Stockholm.

  The last trip from Skavsta required a lot of the family's patience when we had to wait over 1 hour for departure by airport bus even though the driver ovade us that the bus departs in 10 minutes when we bought tickets. Better and cheaper to travel by train from Nyköping C or avoid Skavsta.
