  This was such a great experience. Super professional and we were able to explore quite a bit. Only would have preferred a little more time in Oia. But the entire part of skipping that horrific cable car line....worth EVERY penny!

  My favorite memory was looking out to the Aegean Sea! What a spectacular view from a hill we were standing on. The blue domed rooftops are beautiful. The shopping and food choices were very nice. We skipped the cable car and/or donkey ride:) Our tour guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the island. My friend and I had a wonderful snack and beverage overlooking the most beautiful spot.

  There was a lot of confusion at our pick- up point. Finally we got on a ferry to take us around the island to the buses. We had insisted that my husband sit in the front of our bus. The message was attached to our ticket record. Not only wasn’t there a reserved seat but the bus was short a seat. We were then put on a second bus. We did get a front seat but now we had to wait for a second ferry to arrive with additional passengers. The tour was very lame. The tour guide was great however we didn’t go in any facilities. We stopped for a picture of a blue church but couldn’t go in. We had an hour for shopping and and hour for lunch on our own. This tour was more expensive than any of the excursions I took from Celebrity and the other excursions included food and drinks. This tour didn’t include anything except the ferry and bus. When we got off our bus and waited for a ferry, there were many ferries coming and going. However it took over 45 minutes for the ‘right’ ferry arrive to take us back to our cruise ship tender location. Way too much time with waiting on buses and ferries.

  The tour itself was pretty decent. It went by quick unfortunately we had a bunch of rude people on our tour that was self-centered and we had a hard time getting photos because they were entitled and wouldn’t take their pictures and move so the rest of us could take photos. I asked our tour guide to help facilitate this, but I’m not sure if they didn’t understand or didn’t care because it didn’t happen.. the tour was pretty quick, but we hit the highlights and it was nice to skip the crazy cable car line that was probably 500 people deep. We had time in Port about an hour before our tour started so we were able to walk around and grab a snack. All in all I would recommend this tour if you wanna skip the cable cars and not abuse the poor donkeys would be nice if the tour guides facilitated everyone getting photos instead of just a few entitled and selfish people.
