Led by a passionate foodie-storyteller, you’ll wander beyond the main tourist trail to discover authentic tastes and hidden gems that reflect Melaka’s multicultural spirit.
During this 3.5-hour evening walk, you’ll enjoy four curated food stops featuring local favourite that showcases Melaka’s diverse culinary heritage. Stroll along the Melaka River Walk, soak in the village charm of Kampung Morten, and explore the lively Bunga Raya area known for its street eats and old-world character.

5.00I attended a night food tour in Melaka and had a fantastic experience. Our guide, John, was engaging throughout the entire journey and delivered everything that was promised on the website. He shared insightful stories about Hang Tuah and Hang Jebat, explained the significance of Malaysia’s national flower, the hibiscus, and even broke down the meaning behind each petal and how it links to the nation’s values. The storytelling added great depth and context to the walk. The food portion was equally impressive — I was fed until I genuinely couldn’t eat anymore, which is the highest compliment for any food tour. Overall, it was a well-paced, informative, and satisfying night tour that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Melaka.

5.00We joined the Melaka After Dark Tour and had an amazing time. Our guide, John, was absolutely fantastic — humorous, friendly, and made the whole experience very enjoyable. The food served during the tour was great, and we were extremely full by the end of the night. Definitely come with an empty stomach! A fun and satisfying way to experience Melaka at night. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting.

5.00The Malacca night food tour was honestly a great experience. It was a really easy and enjoyable way to try local food without having to figure out where to go or what to order. Our guide was friendly and knew the area well, sharing little stories about the food and neighbourhoods as we walked. We tried a good mix of dishes, including a few things I would not have thought to order myself, and everything felt nicely paced so we were full but not stuffed. Walking through the night markets and quieter streets made it feel very local and relaxed. If you enjoy eating and exploring at the same time, this tour is definitely worth doing.
