What To Expect
Nan Lian Garden
Get ready for a day full of adventure as we take you on a journey through some of the most iconic and culturally significant landmarks in Hong Kong. Our first stop is the breathtaking Nan Lian Gardens, a 3.5-hectare oasis that boasts a stunning Tang Dynasty landscape garden layout. As you stroll along the circular route, you'll be mesmerized by the intricate details of each stone, tree, rock, and water element that have been landscaped according to specific rules and regulations.
Chi Lin Nunnery
Next, we'll visit the serene Chi Lin Nunnery, where Buddhist nuns meditate and seek enlightenment. This sprawling temple covers 33,000 square meters and features a variety of halls, lotus ponds, and a five-floor thousand-buddha pagoda. You'll have the chance to admire the stunning statue of Sakyamuni Buddha, Guanyin, and other Buddhas as you soak up the peaceful atmosphere of this sacred place. Then, we will take MTR to Wong Tai Sin temple.

5.00Rex was a great tour leader. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. We visited temples and markets - covering more ground than we could have on our own in that time and heard from a local which gave us a great perspective. All up about 6 kms walking and Rex even saw us back to our hotel - a very good day. Thank you Rex!!

5.00My daughter Ella and I spent our tour day with Lyonors on the Hong Kong tour. Lyonors was an amazing tour guide, very calm and caring and friendly and kind. Lyonors is very educated and informative and a lovely kind person. She took great care of us above and beyond. She even took care of us after the tour with directions to various locations. 5.00I definitely recommend this tour. I can say the garden and the two monasteries are incredibly beautiful. I highly recommend Ms Kenniess, she is so nice, knowledgeable, patient, she has the ability to connect and make you feel that you are enjoying a day with a close friend, she enjoys her work and loves what she shows you. I appreciate she was also very flexible and let me enjoyed the places at my pace. This tour is a MUST. Don’t miss it.
