I got email from local tour operator well in advanced. Vincent our tour guide was very punctual. Is a small group, he even got headphone and binoculars for viewing. He is very knowledgeable. The only problem is the bus a bit small. The DMZ tour is amazing but lots of walking!!!

We had a great day with Joo-Ee as our guide. She was so organised and knowledgeable. We felt well looked after and learnt so much about Korean history. A really worthwhile tour.

Joo Ee was such an amazing tour guide! The entire day was incredibly well organised and ran so smoothly. Pick-up from our hotel in Gangnam was confirmed the day before and right on time. We always seemed to be just one step ahead of the crowds at every stop, which made the experience even better. She was funny, personable, and so knowledgeable about the history of the DMZ. We were given individual headsets, so it was easy to hear her commentary even in busy areas. There’s a bit of walking involved, so definitely wear comfortable shoes — the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel is fascinating but quite a climb back up! We were lucky with the weather, and even Joo Ee was excited about how clear the view was from Dora Observatory. Being able to see North Korea with the naked eye was surreal, and she even brought her own binoculars so we could get an even closer look. One tip — bring a packed lunch! There are a few places to grab coffee or breakfast early on at Imjingak, but not many food options after that. It was honestly the highlight of our honeymoon so far — highly recommend this tour and especially Joo Ee!

We enjoyed this tour n our guide Vincent is very professional n knowledgeable… perhaps can prep participants about the tight schedule , we should bring some food cos even though with some time given, after finishing taking pictures, not much time left to get food and it is also very crowded in those food places
