Under the guidance of an English‑speaking churrasqueiro, you’ll spark the coals, season the meat, and carve perfection straight off the grill. Between pours of caipirinha, wine or ice‑cold chopps, discover why Brazilian BBQ is as much about community and storytelling as it is about exceptional flavor. No stiff demos, just hands‑on grilling, lively banter, and generous pours. You’ll learn to coax smoky flavors from every cut, taste the juice of each slice, and see why Brazilians gather around fire to forge lifelong bonds. Leave with new skills, new friends, and a belly full of authentic Brazilian BBQ bliss. This experience happens in the safety of our instructor's home and not in a culinary studio. You'll get a glimpse into how locals live, cook and eat.
