Lass than the advertised 2 hours. 2 quick snorquels. Not much of explanations. Mass tourism. Life vest to small. Snorquel not cleaned from previous guests. Would not recommend.

Very nice and capable crew. We saw sea turtles, stingrays, and many colorful fish. I felt very safe.

They were very punctual in the beginning, good security measures, good service and guides supporting the group

While the snorkeling guide was nice, the coordinator was unresponsive and rude. For example, we were reprimanded for putting on sunscreen which they explicitly asked us to bring in a "welcome" text message. Meanwhile, they were unresponsive to our questions. Lastly, there was a hidden dock fee that the coordinator was quite intense about collecting. It seemed that everything in this limited interaction was fraught. The water was also extremely choppy. More than half of the people in our boat felt too seasick to snorkel and we saw other boats with people staying on. It almost seemed irresponsible to go out in such choppy water.

boat & guide on boat were great, led to right reef areas. Shuttle from hotel zone should be added. Pro

Overall a so so experience. While the snorkeling guide was nice, the coordinator was unresponsive and rude. For example, we were reprimanded for putting on mineral sunscreen which they explicitly asked us to bring in a "welcome" text message. Meanwhile, they were unresponsive to our questions via text about parking. Lastly, there was a dock fee that the coordinator was quite intense about collecting. It seemed that everything in this limited interaction was fraught. The water was also very choppy. More than half of the people in our boat felt too seasick to snorkel after the first stop and we saw other boats with people staying on them as well. It almost seemed irresponsible to go out in such choppy water? It certainly made seeing the wildlife more difficult. I would try to go during a calm water time, and be prepared for a bit of gruffness from the coordinator (who stays on land).

This almost two hours swimming is not a walk. But it's 100% worth it. You have to be patient, you are at sea and above all the turtles are not easy to see, but the guides Omar and Olaf have been great and have made the experience unforgettable and fun.

This tour was the highlight of our trip! The reef in Puerto Morelos is absolutely stunning — full of colorful fish and vibrant coral. The water was super clear, and the guides were helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable about marine life. Highly recommend if you love the ocean!
