What To Expect
Travelers will experience a 75-minute social wellness session alternating between hot sauna and cold plunge. Depending on the time of day, sessions may be guided or self-guided. Guests will follow a contrast therapy cycle, relax in lounge areas, and recharge in a calm, social atmosphere.

5.00I went for my birthday in October 2025 with a group of friends for the first time. What a surprise! The experience is different, lively and people connect well together (we were 2 or 3 groups for the session). The cold plunge really energizes us and what about the guides that are perfect. Warm and unusual atmosphere, try it!
