It was a rich three hours, drawn in by the story of Japan’s beginning. It was cold outside, but thanks to our guide Yoshi's easy-to-understand explanation and warm personality, I was able to spend my time in Asuka relaxing and fulfilling. This time I would love to have it during the cherry blossom season!

Cycling through Asuka Village felt like traveling through time. The views were phenomenal, peaceful, and filled with history and legend at every turn. Our well-versed tour guide, made the experience even more memorable with her warm personality and wonderful storytelling. The Ishibutai and Takamatsuzuka kofun, and Asukadera Temple structures were among of the beautifully designed, and learning the stories behind them made them even more fascinating. Riding through the town was convenient and relaxing, also the outgoing participants added a special charm to the journey. A calm, meaningful, and unforgettable experience - highly recommended!

Me and my friend took a 3 hour cycling tour at Asuka Village. The cycling tour was guide by a tour guide, Kazu-san. I was surprised about the history about asuka which i do not know before. Kazu-san explain the historical story perfectly and it is easy to understand. Overall, the trip itself give me a different experience by understanding the history and the nature of Asuka city.

It didn't feel like a three-hour course, I didn't seem to be aware of it, but I was able to learn a lot about Nara's history through the guide's careful and interesting explanation. I was also surprised by their delicate sense of style, as they are known for cycling and escort them along a route that is friendly to people who are not used to cycling!

I would like to thank Mr. Tosi for the wisdom of the ancient people in the place where Japan began, which is still being passed down to the present day, and for his storytelling (guide) through cycling.

Having a guide show us around the site, we can understand the history of the ruins and I think they chose a safe and short distance to ride on their bikes. I don't think I would have done it at all in the same time if I went around alone without knowing anything. The guide, Mr. M., and the uncle at the rental office were both very nice people, and I really enjoyed it. The view of Asuka Village was beautiful.

I was able to cycle around the tumulus I was interested in efficiently and listen to the guide explain it, which was a great value and fun experience! It was a cold day, so gloves, hat were a must
