Melanie from Solent Private Hire picked us up at the cruise terminal in Southampton. From the start her communication was terrific. She was exactly where and when she said she would be. Melanie was engaging and kind enough to share with us information about the Southampton area and in addition was knowledgeable about the sights and history of London.
