What To Expect
Splash Island Water Park Saint Lucia
Located on the the Northwest coast of St. Lucia, on the popular Reduit Beach, Splash Island is the Caribbean's first open-water sports park. Opened in August 2015, Splash Island is located in front of the multi-award-winning Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa located in Rodney Bay Village, Gros Islet, St. Lucia. A WIBIT SPORTS PARTNER Splash Island is an inflatable water park manufactured by Wibit Sports GmBH a German watersports company who has been producing commercial grade inflatable water sports products for over 18 years. Wibit products can be found in over 200 locations around the world, but Splash Island is the first in the Eastern Caribbean. FUN IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT Kids, families and weekend warriors alike will delight in this Caribbean water park's many obstacle-course style features. Splash Island St. Lucia's features include a trampoline, climbing wall, monkey bars, a swing, a slide, hurdles, double rocker, flip, and water volleyball. See Gallery. The water park is in compliance with the strictest of European safety requirements (EN 15649) and testing related to materials and performance. The Water Park is staffed by a team of certified lifeguards. All users of the water park (who must be 6 years of age and older) will be required to wear life vests irrespective of their swimming abilities.
Serving up authentic St. Lucian food is Bay Gardens’ Hi Tide Beach Bar & Restaurant. Featuring a relaxed “barefoot on the beach” vibe, Hi Tide offers guests breathtaking views of Pigeon Island National Landmark. Splash Island Water Park guests get a 10% discount!

5.00This bouncy park on the water was awesome! Probably one of the best my family and I have been to. My daughter, who is 10, loved it along with my husband. The staff was fun and helpful. Worth it with kids, and the beach and water itself were one of the best on the island - just gorgeous. There are food places available too.

5.00We had a fun day at this resort. The people were friendly and nice. Kids had fun playing on the inflatables for hours. A longe chair and umbrella was included per person which was convenient for shade. The overall beach area was nice to walk around.

5.00The splashpad was really fun!!! The lifeguards make you feel safe and if you fall in their quick to reassure you and tell you to stay calm. If youre not near a step they’ll pull you out by your life jacket lol i felt like a fish being pulled out the water. I had so much fun!! We got the half day pass with a meal at bay gardens and the lunch was absolutely delicious!

I'm not sure if that's how Julie interacts with everyone, but she hurried us to sign the waiver and pay as if she couldn't wait for us to leave her face, her attitude isn’t very nice , I also recommend people if you can’t give good customer service then don’t work in this industry nonetheless when we brought the waiver to the woman outside Shawnelle, she was very kind and welcoming she engaged with the kids and made them laugh she showed us how to enter the park, so she's great. The lifeguard Dalton was also very engaging he even posed a challenge on the park, but since my wife and I were too old, the kids handled it for us 😅 overall, our experience was wonderful.

5.00My son (13) absolutely loved it!! He spent 4 hours on there and didn’t wanna get off! We got sun beds also while he played! The lady on reception was really nice and all the guys watching the kids was really friendly.will definitely go back

4.00It was pretty fun, I found it quite slippery and fell a lot, so if you're clumsy like me then be prepared to fall a lot. They don't have everything shown in the picture like the volleyball net and teeter-totter thing, but other than that it's the same. My only complaint is that some of the velcro was not super strong so when I fell my foot would sometimes get caught which was not super fun, but I was the only one in my family that had that problem. The lifeguards are super chill and will help you figure some stuff out. Shane was one of the lifeguards that I had and he helped me with some of the thingies I couldn't figure out. All in all, it was pretty fun, but just be careful in some of the areas.

5.00We only had a little time to play here, since we were visiting the island on a cruise, but the kids and adults in our party had an absolute blast! Life jackets included, so the littles could play and life guards on duty gave an extra feeling of safety and security!

5.00Our family loved spending the afternoon at Splash Island. We arrived to St. Lucia on the NCL Epic. We chose to include the transfers to and from Splash Island. I’m sure we could have found our own cab for a bit less, but we were ensured our driver would return to the resort to take us back to the ship in plenty of time. It was very nice to have that peace of mind and not have to worry about figuring out how to get back to the port. Our family (kids, parents and grandparents) loved the water park. It was exhausting trying to navigate and get back onto the floats. We managed to play for 2-3 hours and spent the remainder of our time playing on the beach/relaxing on lounge chairs. Our kids are telling us that it was their favorite activity of the entire cruise. So that’s definitely a win in our book!
