Our original walking tour combines St. Augustine history with relaxed stops at some of our favorite local pubs and restaurants. Led by a local guide who is part historian, part new friend, part drinking buddy, you’ll explore the city’s historic streets and architecture while hearing the stories and characters that shaped America’s oldest city.
The route changes regularly, allowing us to highlight different partner establishments depending on the day and season. While beer lovers will feel right at home, each stop offers beverage options beyond beer, which may include wine, cider, cocktails, hard seltzers, THC-infused drinks, or non-alcoholic selections.
Food is included during the experience, making this a fun, social, and well-paced way to enjoy St. Augustine’s history.

What To Expect
Dog Rose Brewing Co.
Your experience begins at Dog Rose, located in the historic Lincolnville neighborhood on the south side of St. Augustine’s historic district. This vibrant, locally loved spot is the perfect starting point for our Historic Bar Crawl, blending neighborhood charm with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. While Dog Rose is well known for its creative craft brews made on site, beer is just one of many options available. Guests can also choose from a variety of wines, hard seltzers, cider, THC-infused beverages, and non-alcoholic beers, so everyone can find something they enjoy, regardless of taste or preference. Your guide will meet you here, introduce the experience, and help you select your first drink before heading out to explore St. Augustine’s rich history.
Both Prince Achille Murat (nephew of Napoleon Bonaparte), and American poet Ralph Waldo Emerson stayed here in the 1820's to fight a bout of illness. This 1790 coquina house is a great example of Second Spanish period architecture.

5.00We had such a great time learning about St. Augustine and tasting food and beverages along the way. Alex shared his deep knowledge of the city both from a historical perspective and by introducing us to his favorite venues for food and drinks. He did an outstanding job of tailoring the tour to what he learned about us along the way. This was a great afternoon and I would highly recommend it. We will definitely select another experience when we return to St. Augustine!

5.00Excellent tour from start to finish! Alex is amazing: thorough knowledge of St Augustine history, great stories, and a great introduction to a very wide selection of beers, all of which were delicious. Every minute was fun as well as informative. We also stopped at a great pub and had a platter of three delicious appetizers. I can’t imagine a better introduction to this beautiful city.

5.00We actually ended up doing a different tour but it's with the same company. The tour guide Alex is awesome and a wealth of knowledge. His love for the town is infectious and we were able to sample some wine, BBQ, desserts & cocktail. I highly recommend this tour and I will go again when back in town. Thank-you, Alex!

5.00This is a great trip-our guide Steve was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, we even offered if he came to our town we would take him to a brewery!!!! The tour was fun, beer was great, would recommend this to anyone wanting a great walking tour and checking out local breweries!!

5.00We had the pleasure of meeting Alex and spending the day with him as he guided us around St. Augustine highlighting some of the lesser known gems and stories of the city. We did the beer and history tour and wouldn't hesitate a second to do another tour with this company. Everything was exceptional; great beer, fantastic food, awesome stops along the way, and a guide who was personable, entertaining, and truly wanted to make sure we had a good time. He found out we were celebrating a birthday and made some last minute changes to personalize the tour for us and make an incredibly special memory for our family.
